For the uninitiated, MOTUS are a four piece band from West Yorkshire, England. The Motus formula has always been one of being a damn good live band, first and foremost, and our audience continues to grow. Motus regularly plays the Yorkshire region's top venues, and has had great success on the local motorcycle club circuit. Motus are always on the look out for new venues to play, anywhere where we can find an audience!
An independent EP "Heads & Tales" is available from our website and from all gigs. In 2006, the band established a relationship with an up and coming production partnership at Chunc Studios in Leeds. The recordings you can hear on this page are a result of the work at Chunc in 2006 and we are currently in the process of recording a further 5 tracks plus remastering the 2006 recordings (for the sake of consistency).
The aim is to create an album's worth of music as near to release quality as budgets will allow. We invite any record labels who might be interested in putting the album out when complete to get in touch with us via this page.
